Ceramic Coating Application Process

We will start off by hand washing your vehicle, ensuring that we remove all lose dirt and grime from all your painted services.
Then, we follow up the hand washing portion with a clay bar service. This will remove any stuck on contaminants from your vehicle's paint, leaving that smooth feel on your paint.
After the clay bar service, we generously apply an Iron remover to remove any left over iron fall-outs or metal contaminates stuck on the vehicle's paint.
Once the vehicle's paint is clean and smooth, the paint correction process begins. Depending on which coating you chose or the age of your vehicle, we'll start off with a cutting compound or a one stage polish. The cutting compound will remove heavy swirls and scratches to the best of the vehicle's paint ability. In some cases surface scratches are too deep and can't be removed unless the vehicle gets repainted or wet sanded. That being said, we strive to get the vehicle's paint back to as new as possible. Upon completion of the cutting compound or if the vehicle only requires a one stage polish, we will then use a finishing polish to give the vehicle's paint that final pop and shine.
At this point, we apply an IPA wash to remove any left over oils and polish residue that may have been left behind from the paint correction phase.
Now it's time to apply the ceramic coating. This process is very tedious, which we make sure and take our time to ensure we cover all areas evenly without high spots. The coatings we offer can last anywhere from 1-7 years depending on vehicle wash maintenance and strength of coating that you chose.
